Didya Bianchi is co-owner and business manager of Bianchi Home Inspections. She is the primary point of contact for all clients and manages the company’s financials, scheduling, staffing operation, and client service strategy. Didya brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in business administration to ensure the highest level of service standards.
Prior to launching Bianchi Home Inspections, Didya worked at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management as a registered financial assistant on a million-dollar producing team. In her 7 years with the firm, Didya learned about investment management through holistic planning while providing white glove service to high net worth domestic and international clients. Alongside her primary role, Didya was also responsible for training, mentoring, and developing financial assistants throughout the firm as a branch office coach.
Through this experience, she found her passion for entrepreneurship and learned how to perfect the recipe for successful business management. She brings this talent to Bianchi Home Inspections and firmly believes in personalized service for each client. Didya Bianchi is a “Valley” girl from Brownsville, TX and lived there until college. She moved to San Antonio to attend St. Mary’s University and earned her bachelor’s degree in economics and philosophy. As an avid Texan, she continued her journey through the state and relocated to Houston after meeting the love of her life, Riccardo. Together, they have travelled to over 14 countries and hope to see many more!
Riccardo Bianchi, Professional Home Inspector TREC #20976
is the co-owner and Lead Inspector at Bianchi Home Inspections. As the Lead Inspector of Bianchi Home Inspections, Riccardo oversees all home inspections while working directly with each client and real estate agent. He is certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors® (InterNACHI®) and a TX Certified Professional Inspector® by TREC.
Before founding Bianchi Home Inspections, Riccardo was formerly employed by Fox Inspection Group for over 7 years and inspected over 2000 homes. During his tenure, he received extensive training as a professional home inspector and as a trainer to other inspectors but also served as the stucco-intrusive specialist for the team.
Riccardo Bianchi is a native Houstonian with a diverse multicultural background. After attending AWTY, the only school in Houston fully accredited by the French Ministry of Education, Riccardo obtained his bachelor’s degree in international relations from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio and a master’s degree in multi-cultural studies from the University of Alcalá in Madrid, Spain. He loves to travel and is fluent in three languages: English, Spanish, and French. When he’s not working or exploring the world, you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors.
